felinae: WHY AM I SO AWKWARD story of my life
I slept from 11:30pm - 10:00am best sleep ever! I really needed that… now to fix my lower back (soo sore!!)…hmm I did barbell rows yesterday for the first time, perhaps in bad form…I think it’s from that :( massage?
I shaved the little fuzz off of the back of my head this morning, my skin usually gets a little irritated and red. After 2-3 hours I ended up at le gym, i’m running on the treadmill…wipe the sweat off the back of my nack/head and look at my towl… POOOOF blood the hell! the spot that got irritated apparently started to bleed…I don’t no why…
[[MORE]] My mood/stress/anxiety has been effecting my goals. It’s so frustrating! I push myself at the gym but my food intake is such crap this month that it’s stalling my progress. Did so well for 6 months and march just fucks it up. I need to find a way to: de-stress and be happier or maybe just go out more often…been stuck at home for a while anyone up for a 3-4 hour walk...

6:45am - wake up! 8:20am-3:30pm: internship 3:30pm-4:15pm: go home, grab a bite to eat and head out 5:00pm-6:30pm: gym 7:00pm-11:30pm: library freaken long ass day tomorrow! and it’s already 3am…barely no sleep. I’m going to be soo burnt out at the gym.
